On the afternoon of December 25th, Lianeng Electric Co., Ltd. held its annual employee conference. Company Chairman Li Jie delivered an important speech.
President Li briefly reviewed the achievements of the company in 2025, noting that despite facing various uncertainties and operating in a challenging economic environment, the company still achieved positive growth in key production and operation indicators; made new progress in market expansion; achieved new milestones in technological innovation; delivered significant results in cost reduction and efficiency improvement; and improved employee commuting conditions, among others. These accomplishments fully demonstrate that the strategic approach established for 2025 is correct, and the measures implemented are robust and effective. 
  President Li stated that looking back at the development journey of Lianeng Electric over the past two decades, the company has become a technologically advanced and reputable professional manufacturer. Its successful inclusion in CCTV's China Brand program is not only a source of pride for Lianeng but also the foundation for further growth. The secret to Lianeng's enduring success lies in staying true to its original aspirations, maintaining a low profile, working diligently, solidifying its foundation, pursuing excellence, avoiding empty fame, not seeking short-term gains, embracing exploration, proactively adapting to the market, and standing firm in an ever-changing market while securing and maintaining its position.
  Chairman Li said that in recent years, the economic environment has undergone profound changes, with unpredictable and uncertain economic and political conditions. Enterprises are in a harsh winter period, and SMEs face even more severe challenges and difficulties, making their development outlook bleak. In the face of this adverse economic climate, Lianeng Electric will never sit idly by but will rise to the challenge and strive hard! As the chairman, I am determined and confident in leading the company through these difficulties, ensuring its survival, strengthening internal capabilities, and providing a safety net for employees. This is the mission and responsibility of the chairman!
  President Li outlined the work for 2026. He stated that in the face of constantly changing market conditions and economic environment, we must make strategic adjustments and new deployments, with innovative ideas and measures. The fundamental approach for the enterprise in 2026 is: prioritizing survival, market-oriented, adhering to the development direction of intelligence, digitalization, and integration, taking high-quality development elements as the starting point, expanding new markets, focusing on quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, continuously enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and achieving steady development. President Li pointed out that in 2026, our work focus must be on the market, with market expansion being our top priority. Only by securing the market can the enterprise survive and achieve value. We must strive to enhance the enterprise's digital and intelligent capabilities, develop high-end products, and vigorously explore new markets tailored to scenarios such as digital hubs and smart cities, meeting the demands of high-quality development in the new era. President Li emphasized that to achieve successful production and operations in 2026, we must focus on four key areas: "refining the enterprise, strengthening the market, streamlining processes, and reducing costs." All employees must firmly establish a sense of crisis, market awareness, and cost consciousness, always prioritizing crisis awareness, fully recognizing the harshness of the market, implementing meticulous management, precise design, high-quality execution, and minimizing costs to the lowest level.
  Chairman Li made requirements on the department's recent key tasks:
  1. The Ministry of Commerce will establish a new digital twin quotation system adapted to market needs by the end of March 2026.
  2. Focus on the application of digital twin technology. The business, technology, and procurement departments must finalize their digital twin department plans by the end of May 2026.
  3. Since January 2026, the Engineering Department has implemented the production task quantification method, with the Technical Department providing support and cooperation to ensure the fulfillment of contractual production.
  Chairman Li pointed out that the top priority is to ensure the contract production tasks are completed on time and with guaranteed quality. With less than 50 days left before the Spring Festival, the Engineering Department must establish and equip production units, assign tasks to individuals, and strictly fulfill the set objectives.
  President Li urged everyone to cherish everything they currently have, stay focused, and fulfill their duties with dedication at their respective posts to develop Lianeng effectively. He emphasized the urgency of "treating each day as two days" and called for full efforts to complete the set production tasks before the holiday. President Li firmly believed that as long as we unite as one and stand firm together, we can overcome all difficulties!
